Exhibition Park Neighbourhood Group

The EPNG — and its parent group the Guelph Neighbourhood Support Coalition — will help build healthy, engaged and inclusive neighbourhoods by providing programs and events that encourage community participation and involvement.

About

Exhibition Park Neighbourhood Group is a community based, not-for-profit organization located in Guelph. We serve the area from Woodlawn Road to the North –  Edinburgh Rd. to the West –  Paisley Rd. to the South and the Dufferin Street neighbourhood to the East.

We are a part of a larger group called the Guelph Neighbourhood Support Coalition G.N.S.C. which is a network of neighbourhood groups, sponsoring agencies and program partners, providing support and available funding resources for community issues.

EPNG is entirely made up of volunteers. We have supported community initiatives such as Family Dances, Teen Dances, Creativity Picnic, Rock-the-block Box, Pick-up Soccer, Winter Windows Calendar and so much more. We are always looking for new ideas to help our community, new initiatives to support and new members to join.

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that within Guelph we are currently occupying the ancestral lands of the Attawandaron/Chonnonton, the Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples and the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. We recognize the significance of the Dish with One Spoon Covenant to this land and offer our respect and gratitude to all of the Indigenous peoples of Turtle Island who have stewarded, loved & defended this land for centuries.

“You never forget the neighbourhood kids you grew up with.”
